Policies for Delica Garage Services

At Delica Garage, we take pride in the quality of the services that we offer and we ensure that we only provide the best possible parts and servicing advice available. This being said our services come with a number of policies regarding warranty and privacy. If you have any further questions regarding any of these policies, contact us today with your questions through These terms and conditions are subject to Laws of the State of Victoria and both you and Delica GarageTM hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.


Warranty is a manufacturers’ warranty and that varies on a product by product basis. For details regarding your individual product please investigate the item for details or contact the manufacturer directly.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Damaged or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods. We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.


Goods other than faulty goods maybe returned within 14 days of the delivery date so long as they are returned in their original packaging and the packaging is in new condition and the goods have not been used or fitted. We must be informed within 7 days of the item being received via email or letter. Products must be returned in original packing materials with all accessories included, sent to the nominated supplier’s address.

Goods are returned at the cost of the customer. Goods purchased incorrectly may be returned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and will incur a 20% admin charge. Special orders that are sourced from Japan are not refundable at all, but we will re-list your item for sale on the site for you to send registered mail to the new buyer if and when that occurs.


If you have ordered a product in error or otherwise do not want it, you may cancel your order in your account area of the site. Once the status of your order has been marked as Processed or Shipped it is not possible to cancel your order. We approach cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation that we agree to and process will incur a $25 processing and administration fee.

In these circumstances you must contact us on with your order number and we will investigate the possibility of a cancellation.

Please note: Special orders from overseas cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and processed by Delica Garage.

Refunds & Payment Fees

You are solely responsible for your purchase, so please choose your products carefully before purchasing and placing your order.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant problem. Due to the nature of automotive components, refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be made at our sole discretion.

Please note that Delica Garage does not offer refunds in the following situations:
a) If you request a refund for special order, made or order parts or exchange parts such as injector pumps.
b) If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made.

These refund and order cancellation requests, regardless of the reason (including change of mind), are not eligible for a refund, and Delica Garage will not be held responsible for the cancellation.

Please be aware that payment transaction fees, which are non-refundable, may be withheld by Delica Garage at our discretion during the refund process.

Local Pickup

When purchasing from our online Delica parts shop, we give our customers the option of shipping by Australia Post, courier or local pickup. 

Unless specified or agreed prior, local pick up is only available from our Geelong location: 2-4 Coonil Cres, North Shore VIC 3214

Please contact us to inquire the availability of pickup from Delica Garage Queensland prior to ordering.

Parcel Redelivery

Most courier and postal providers will attempt to deliver your parcel and provide you with notice if the item needs to be collected from the closest depot.

In the event that your delivery cannot be made due to your availability, Delica Garage will take no responsibility for delivery fees incurred, and the customer is liable to pay these charges to the courier or postal provider.

If you have a concern or suspect a delivery problem feel free to contact our support team and we will assist you as best as we can.

Parcel Delivery
International & Special Orders

Due to the nature of international special orders, Delica Garage may require up to 30 days to ship your order. This duration covers ordering parts from our global suppliers, order preparation from our Australian warehouse and organising freight to your country. Genuine Mitsubishi OEM replacement parts can be classified as a special order due to the availability of stock worldwide.

Once we have placed an order for your parts from our overseas suppliers, we are unable to provide a refund on special order international parts. If an international special order has not been shipped within 30 days from Delica Garage we are happy to offer a refund to our customer.

If Delica Garage agrees to provide a refund for an order after the 30 day period and the item has been returned to Delica Garage the refund amount will cover parts only, the customer remains liable for postage and handling charges.
